Layout Skirt (my layout)

Does anyone know where I can get some black fabric to use as a skirt to go around my layout? The layout is about 4 feet off the ground and I'd like about .5-1 inch above floor.

You might try Hobby Lobby they may have something and make sure you can use the 40% off coupon. I notice today they had a few Fastrack item on the sale rack. The trestles kit for 19.00 and Fastrack manual switch 12.00. This was the store by me on the east west connector near Cobb General Hospital.

I got the fabric for my skirt at www.fabric.com. They have black fabric as well as anything else you can think of. Check out their clearance page for any sales. When I bought my fabric there, I ended up getting Navy blue because it was on sale on the clearance page for 50% off what the black fabric cost.

The least expensive material I have found is Walmart Cotton sheets. I think I used full sized ones, and cut it into 3 pieces. Not sure about finding black ones though. Another inexpensice idea I have heard about is the black garden cloth, available at Home Depot or Lowes.
