Going price for Railsounds II tender?

Anyone have a good idea what a Railsounds II tender NIB may be worth these days?

I know some of you that went to York may have spotted some at the going market price and was just curious if you had a good ball park average. I'm thinking of buying one for my father's 2025 and retiring the trainsounds tender.
